Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager (SAP-PP/QM)
Required
- Minimum 4-9 Years of IT industry experience.
- Relevant SAP Certification would be an added advantage.
- At least 2 Full Life Cycle Implementations/ Roll- Outs experience.
- Should have worked on full life cycle process on SAP PP Business processes.
- Exposure to Ticketing Tool like Service Now is an added advantage.
Also to have:
- Implement/Rollout & Support experience for SAP PP module including PP Customization activities
- Exhibit good understanding on SAP PP Master data management like Production Order, Process Order & Product Cost Collector, Material Master etc.
- Expert knowledge in PP activities like Material Requirement Planning (MRP) for various business requirements
- Expert understanding in PP Shop Floor Control activities including the Period End Closing activities like Production/Process Order Management, Declaration of Production, Inventory write-off/Inventory write-back based on Physical Inventory adjustments
- Exhibit deep knowledge in Plant level customizations & controls in SAP PP Module
- Be an Expert in PP Capacity Planning & Levelling activities
- Demonstrate expert knowledge on Output/Printing Forms for PP activities
- Having an good exposure to PP Repetitive Manufacturing with Make-To-Stock & Make-To-Order scenarios is an definite advantage
- Good Knowledge on SAP PP backend tables & initial debugging skills is an added advantage
- Good Integration knowledge with other SAP Modules like SAP FI/CO, SAP MM & SAP SD
- Good Knowledge on Interface integrations (like MES systems) with SAP PP modules is an added advantage
- Deep understanding of customizations for PP module
- Well versed with SAP PP Reporting including customized reports as per business requirements.
- Well versed in SAP PP Functional Testing (Regression & Non-Regression Testing) for Rollout/Upgrades
- Exhibit capabilities in writing good Functional Specifications (FSD) for PP related Developments and own the delivery to Business along with the Technical (ABAP) Team

- Motivated candidates with good communication skills & fluent English
- Communicate the understanding of customer concerns and requirements with the internal team to work and resolve gaps/ issues.
- Understand the requirements and provide value-added suggestions
- Rigorous and concerned by delivering high quality work in a challenging environment (multi-cultural)
- Experience in Leading a Team of 3 ~ 5 from Offshore is an added advantage
- Provide status reports for projects to management.
- Co-ordinate with the functional teams to schedule and monitor jobs.
